Saint and Sofia has a dedicated team of over 50 people in our Fulfilment Centres in the USA, UK and Europe supporting over 500,000 customers. We dispatch most orders on the same day we receive them and every order is sent fully-tracked. We work with DHL, UPS, DPD and the Royal Mail to efficiently deliver orders to customers.

Each of our fulfilment centres uses the best software and technology to efficiently process every order. You should receive an order confirmation after your order is placed and a separate confirmation email once it has dispatched. This will contain the estimated date and time of delivery as well as the tracking number to track your delivery with the delivery courier.
Fast, efficient delivery.
We have fulfilment centres in the UK, USA and Europe to serve customers in each region. This ensures the fastest fulfilment and delivery to each market. Most orders we receive are fulfilled on the same day, Monday through Friday. Customers can choose between delivery services at checkout, but all are fully tracked and traceable in transit so you know where they are.
We use specially designed packaging that is either recycled or bio-degradable and uses minimal dyes to reduce or environmental impact. It's easy to return an order which you can do via our Return an Item page.
Expert packaging & fulfilment.
All of our orders are packed safely and securely in either a recycled cardboard box or a recycled paper mailing bag. Each package is secured with a strong, eco friendly adhesive. Our fulfilment team add a Lookbook of our latest styles to each order. Each of these styles can be ordered or reserved by providing an email address via the website.

Not Plastic®
Not Plastic is an initiative we launched to replace single-use plastic packaging in the fashion and E-Commerce industry with biodegradable packaging. Plastic is bad for the planet and the environment.
For the last 3 years, we've been using a bio-degradable, compostable packaging for our product bags - rather than single use plastic. We think everyone else should do the same. We make these bags with a production partner in Europe with a specially designed formula.
Over the next few years we're encouraging other Brands and E-Commerce platforms to package clothing and other products using the NOT PLASTIC bio-degradable packaging.
